The ordering of any Award memorabilia is PURELY at the discretion of the Award Winner.  Winners are under NO OBLIGATION, to purchase them, they are just something extra we offer.

Important Ordering Information - Please read before ordering.  
The American Association Of Webmasters also welcomes International orders and our speedy delivery service will reach most destinations abroad in around 14 days. We ship UPS Global and domestic!  All trophy and plaque orders are insured for up to 100.00 if the item arrives damaged. 

Please Note* If ordering a trophy or plaque, your credit card bill will read: From The American Association Of Webmasters. We are, In Association with The American Association Of Webmasters and share the same merchant account.

Upon completion of your order we will verify your winning URL address upon check-out. If it DOES NOT MATCH our database listing of winners the Order will be voided and your Card will not be debited.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

We use gnetworks (bettercart.com / shopping cart) for protection. With this system, customers' payment information is encrypted and then saved to a database. We can download this information only by using an SSL enabled browser from within the Administration area. It is never stored on the website in an unencrypted form, nor sent via email.

Refund Policy For Plaque or Certificate Orders:   There are no refunds for custom engraved items (within the USA) or international orders, due to the shipping cost and foreign customs opening packages and not re-packaging them correctly.  There are no refunds on custom engraved items taken within the USA.  We will allow exchanges or replacements only,  if your item arrives damaged or if there was an error in the engraving, that was our mistake. If the customer has made an typo error when filling out the ordering form, there are no refunds on engraved items.

Exchanges or replacements:  Please give us a call at: 888-519-9119 if your item has arrived damaged.  If the item arrives damaged, you may return it for a replacement, trophy, plaque or certificate.  Returns can be sent to:

Please allow up to 30 days for your replacement to arrive.  Be sure to enclose a copy of the invoice that was supplied to you upon ordering.  If you are unable to make a copy of the invoice, please write down the information that was asked on the invoice (ordering form).

3.) Phone number with area code.
4.) E-mail address
5.) Award type you won (example: a gold, silver, bronze or platinum) - with the winning URL address
6.) Invoice number (ordering number)

If all of the information above is not supplied, we are unable to exchange your item. 

The AAWM does not pay for the cost of shipping on refunds, returns or exchanges.  Items returned/exchanged, must be in the original box with all labels in place. For those items that are refundable, refunds are made in the form of the original payment.  Shipping cost are non-refundable.

TERMS OF USE and Refund Policy, for Other PRODUCTS -  Web Templates, Plaques, Certificates,  Memberships web award application fees.

- There are NO refunds on Webmaster Memberships once your items have been emailed or shipped to you and your website has received advertisement on our Members Ads page's .  This includes Deluxe Memberships.  Once we have sent you web templates via email, there are NO REFUNDS!  We will only refund your membership if there has been a typo on the membership certificate we have sent, along with the other items shipped with your membership package. 

- There are  NO refunds on web template orders, once we have sent you the zip files to download!  ALL web templates come "As Is".

- There are  NO refunds on application fees to the American Association Of Webmasters Award Program.  (Even if your website does not win an award from the AAWM).  Application fees include a full website evaluation.  If your website does not win, the application fee includes feedback from our evaluators with tips on improving your website, so you may re-apply in the future or apply for other web awards on the internet.
